Botanical name: Betula lenta
Country of origin: Albania
Main properties: slimming, diuretic, purifying.
Indications:
Cellulite: White birch + Juniper + Pine + Rosemary essential oil + Terebenthine. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the areas to be treated (legs, buttocks, hips) with this mix morning and evening. See Geranium and Cedar for more recipes.
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
