Carum carvi essential oil

Main properties: intestinal antiseptic, digestive.
Indications:
Bloating: Carum carvi + Peppermint essential oil. Make a mix using 5 ml of each. Absorb 1 drop (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) of this mix after each meal.
Contraindications: This essential oil is strongly caustic to the skin. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Tip: Carum carvi can be used in all dishes that are difficult to digest (for a six people dish, use 4 drops when cooking, then 1 drop when serving).
