Cedar essential oil
Botanical name: Cedrus atlantica
Cultivation: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)
Country of origin: Morocco
Main properties: Genito-urinary antiseptic, diuretic, anti-celulite, lymphotonic, antifungus.
Indications:
Cellulite: 0.5 ml of Cedar + 0.5 ml of Cypress + 0.2 ml of Cinnamon + 100 ml of apricot kernel, jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage in the morning and the evening. See Geranium and White birch for othe recipes.
Heavy legs: Cedar + Cypress + Rosemary cineol. 1 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of apricot kernel, jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the legs from bottom to top using this preparation.
Edema: Cedar + Palmarosa + Juniper + Geranium. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the areas morning and evening.
Dandruff: 4 ml of Cedar + 6 ml of Orange + 2 ml of Palmarosa. Mix in 200 ml of a neutral shampoo. Massage the scalp everyday with this mix.
Seborrhea: Cedar + Tea tree essential oil + Palmarosa. 3 drops of each in a bottle of shampoo or shower gel.
Overweight: Cedar + Geranium essential oil + Cypress + Juniper + Sage. 3 to 4 drops of each, to add to a solvent, then to the bath water. Finish the bath with a cold shower.
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not ingest. Do not use if predisposed to epilepsy.
