Main properties: Antibacterial, antiseptic, tonifying, antiviral, anti-infectious, digestive, emmenagogue.

Indications:

Rubbing or massagingBronchitis: Cinnamon + Tea tree essential oil + Eucalyptus radiata. 2 drops of each. Massage the solar plexus with this blend, up to 4 times a day.

Rubbing or massagingCellulite: 0.2 ml of Cinnamon + 0.5 ml of Cypress + 0.5 ml of Cedar + 100 ml of apricot kernel, jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage morning and evening. See Geranium and White birch for more recipes.

ingestionColitis: Cinnamon + Basil + Summer Savory + Lavender essential oil + Orange. 10 ml of each. Absorb 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread 3 times a day (after meals).

ingestionDepression: Cinnamon + Ravensara + Orange. 1 drop of each on a small piece of bread, 4 times a day. See Rosewood for another recipe.

ingestionDiarrhea: Cinnamon + Oregano + Summer Savory + Basil. 10 ml of each. Absorb 1 drop of this blend 3 times a day (during meals).

ingestionGeneral fatigue: Cinnamon + Basil + Thyme essential oil + Sage + Peppermint essential oil + Clove. 5 ml of each. Absorb 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 4 weeks.

ingestionSexual fatigue: Cinnamon + Ginger + Ylang Ylang. Mix 5 ml of each in a bottle. Absorb 2 drops of this blend in the evening.

Rubbing or massagingGingivitis: Cinnamon + Sage + Peppermint essential oil + Geranium. 1 drop of each. Massage the sore area with he tip of the finger after each meal.

ingestionFlu: Cinnamon + Eucalyptus radiata + Lemon. 5 ml of each. Absorb 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey 2 to 3 times a day.

ingestionSerious bacterial or viral infection: 1 ml de Cinnamon of China + 2 ml of Thyme thujanol + 2 ml of Summer Savory to mix in a bottle. Absorb 3 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or olive oil 3 times a day (before mealss) for 7 to 10 days.

ingestionDigestive mycosis: Cinnamon + Tea tree essential oil + Laurel. 2 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Absorb 2 drops of this blend 3 times a day for 20 days.

Rubbing or massagingWarts: Cinnamon + Summmer Savory + Lemon essential oil + Mandarin. 1 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply 1 to 2 drops of this blend on the warts morning and evening for several days until they are gone.

Contraindications: This essential oil is strongly caustic to the skin. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
