Botanical name: Cistus Ladaniferus

Cultivation: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)

Country of origin: Spain

Main properties: astringent, hemostatic, anti-infectious.

Indications:

Rubbing or massagingRosacea: Cistus essential oil + Helichrysum. 1 drop of each to mix in your hydrating cream.

Rubbing or massagingCracked skin: 0.5 ml of Cistus essential oil + 1 ml of carrot + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil. To dilute in 20 ml of jojoba, macadamia or chilean rosehip vegetable oil. Apply 2 to 3 times a day on the concerned areas.

Rubbing or massagingHaemorrhoids: 0.5 ml of Cistus essential oil + 1 ml of Cypress + 0.2 ml of Patchouli + 2 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage locally up to 3 times a day.

Rubbing or massagingGreasy skin: 0.2 ml of Cistus essential oil + 1.5 ml of Geranium essential oil + 100 ml of jojoba vegetable oil. Alternative lotion: 0.2 ml of Cistus essential oil + 0.2 ml of Seville orange essential oil + 100 ml of jojoba or rosehip vegetable oil.

Rubbing or massagingStretch mark (curative): 1 ml of Cistus essential oil + 1 ml of Cajeput + 2 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 30 ml of rosehip vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas morning and evening for several days, until improvement.

Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
