Indications:
Aerophagia: Cumin essential oil + Basil + Peppermint essential oil + Lemon essential oil + Tarragon. Prepare a mix using 5 ml of each of the above. Absorb 1 drop (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) of thos mix after each meal.
Contraindications: Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Tips: For cooking, 1 or 2 drops will enhance couscous or most other oriental dishes (add to the dish when serving). Like Carvi, Cumin essential oil also facilitates digestion.
