Main properties: respiratory, antibacterial, expectorant, decongestant, antiviral, repulsive (insects), antifongic, deodorizing.

Indications:

Rubbing or massagingCerumen (clog): Eucalyptus globulus essential oil (organic) + Rosemary cineol + Niaouli. 5 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of macadamia, jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the area surrounding the ear 2 to 3 times a day for one week.

Diffusing or inhalationFlu: Eucalyptus globulus essential oil (organic) + Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Pine + Grapefruit essential oil + Myrtle. Mix 5 ml of each of these essential oils. Diffuse at regular intervals in the living room.

Rubbing or massagingPhlebitis: 5 ml of Eucalyptus globulus essential oil (organic) + 5 ml of Basil + 3 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 100 ml of vegetable oil (jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel). Massage the legs from bottom to top in the morning and evening.

Rubbing or massagingNape: 0.5 ml of Eucalyptus globulus essential oil (organic) + 0.5 ml of Chamomile (Roman or German) + 1 ml of Ravensara essential oil + 25 ml Millepertuis vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas using a few drops of this mix.

Contraindications: Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Tips: Eucalyptus is part of an excellent anti-flu grog recipe. Associate Oregano, Thyme, Clove, Cinnamon, Ginger and Geranium using 1 drop of each. Pour in a cup of warm water and mix with a spoon of honey. Drink this preparation two or three times a day.
