Eucalyptus radiata essential oil

Main properties: expectorant, anti-infectious, antiviral, anti-inflammatory.

Indications:

Cleaning the ambient air: Mix in equal parts Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Saro.

Bronchitis: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Cinnamon + Tea tree essential oil. 2 drops of each to massage on the solar plexus, up to 4 times a day.

Bronchitis (baby): Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Palmarosa essential oil + Myrtle + Ravensara essential oil + Rosewood . 5 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Use a few drops of this mix to massage the solar plexus and the back 3 times a day.

Weak immmunitary system: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Oregano essential oil + Niaouli essential oil + Laurel. Mix 5 ml of each in a bottle. Absorb 1 drop of this mix 3 times a day for 1 week.

Flu: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Cinnamon + Lemon. 5 ml of each. Absorb 2 drops of this mix on a spoon of honey 2 to 3 times a day.

Flu: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Eucalyptus globulus + Pine + Grapefruit essential oil + Myrtle. Mix 5 ml of each. Diffuse in the living room.

Flu: Mix in equal parts Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Saro essential oil + Pine needle essential oil + Lemon essential oil + Myrtle.

Flu: Eucalyptus radiata (2 ml) + Saro (5 ml) + Myrtle (2 ml) + Rosemary (1 ml) + Macadamia vegetable oil (5 ml)
- young child: apply 6 drops of this mix on the thorax and the back 5 times a day for 3 to 5 days
- adult: apply 15 drops of this mix on the thorax and the back 4 to 6 times a day for 3 to 5 days

Otitis: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Niaouli. 1 ml of each to dilute in 80 ml of macadamia or jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage around the ear 3 times a day.

Rhinitis, sinusitis: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Rosemary cineol. Diffuse several times a day for a week.

Cold: 1 drop of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil. Inhale for 10 min, 2 to 3 times a day.

Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Tip: The Eucalyptus essential oil is part of an excellent anti-flu grog recipe. Associate Oregano, Thyme, Clove, Cinnamon, Ginger and Geranium, 1 drop of each, to pour in a cup of warm water and to mix with a spoon of honey. Drink this preparation 2 or 3 times a day.
