Main properties: respiratory, general antiseptic, carminative, mucolytic.
Indications:
Eczema: Field mint essential oil + Thyme + Lavender. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in un 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Apply this lotion on the areas to be treated 2 times a day. Field mint essential oil can be replaced by Palmarosa.
Migraine: Field mint essential oil + Peppermint + Lavender + Wintergreen + macadamia (or jojoba or apricot kernel) vegetable oil. 10 ml of each. Massage a few drops of this blend on the forehead and temples several times a day and for as long as necessary.
Contraindications: This EO is potentially irritating. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use in conjunction with a homeopathic treatment.
Tips: For a fresh breath, wash your mouth using half a glass of water with 1 drop of Field mint essential oil (or Peppermint).
