German chamomile essential oil

Botanical name: Matricaria recutita

Cultivation: Certified organic by Ecocert sas F-32600 L'Isle Jourdain.

Country of origin: Germany

Main properties: Anti-allergenic, antispasmodic, soothing, antifungus, cicatrizing, emmenagogue, diuretic, digestive.

Indications:

Rubbing or massagingAnxiety: 1 ml of organic German or Roman Chamomile + 1 ml of Orange essential oil + 3 ml of Lavender essential oil. Dilute in 80 ml of apricot kernel or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus with a few drops of this blend, before bedtime.

Rubbing or massagingEmotional shock: 10 drops of German or Roman Chamomile to dilute in a teaspoon of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus.

Rubbing or massagingItching: 1 ml of German or Roman Chamomile + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 1 ml of Peppermint essential oil + 50 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Apply locally as many times as necessary.

ingestionInsomnia: German or Roman Chamomile + Vervain + Lemon balm + Sweet marjoram + Orange. Mix 5 ml of each in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend ( between 6 and 9 PM ) for one week.

Rubbing or massagingSore back: German Chamomile + Lavender essential oil + Gautherie. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas several times a day if necessary.

ingestionNausea: 0.5 ml of cGerman or Roman Chamomile + 0.2 ml of Tarragon + 1 ml of Mandarin. Take 1 drop of this mix on a teaspoon of honey, up to 6 times a day (3 times a day for a child).

Rubbing or massagingBaby teething pain: German or Roman Chamomile + Lavender essential oil. Mix in equal parts. Massage the sore areas with 2 or 3 drops on the tip of your finger.

Rubbing or massagingRespiratory problems: 0.5 ml of German or Roman Chamomile + 50 ml of jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the throat, the chest and the back morning and evening for a week.

ingestionHay fever: Organci German Chamomile + Tarragon + Geranium essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 5 ml of each. Absorb 3 drops per day for as many days as exposed.

Rubbing or massagingNape: 0.5 ml of German or Roman Chamomile + 1 ml of Ravensara essential oil + 0.5 ml of Eucalyptus globulus + 25 ml of Millepertuis vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas with a few drops of this mix.

bathHives: German or Roman Chamomile + Geranium essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 10 drops of each to dilute in a solvent before adding to your bath water.
