Main properties: anti-hematoma, astringent, circulatory, cicatrizing, anti-inflammatory.

Indications:

Angioma: Helichrysum essential oil + Cypress + Geranium. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply to the concerned areas 2 drops of this blend morning, noon and evening for 1 week.

Cholesterol : 5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 5 ml of Rosemary. To dilute in 1 litre of olive oil. Take 1 teaspoon of this blend every day adding it to a dish for example.

Scars: Helichrysum essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Rosemary. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply directly 2 or 3 drops of this blend on the scars up to 3 times a day for 2 weeks if necessary.

Scars: 5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 10 ml of rosehip vegetal oil. Apply directly on the scars.

Rosacea: Helichrysum essential oil + Cistus. 1 drop of each to incorportae in your hydrating cream jar.

Rosacea (2nd recipe): 1 drop of Helichrysum essential oil + 1 drop of carrot. To mix in your hydrating cream when applying it to your face. Twice a day.

Cracked skin (lips, breasts): 3 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 5 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 5 ml of Lavender essential oil + 30 ml of rosehip vegetal oil. Massage the concerned areas morning and evening for 1 week. See Patchouli essential oil for an other recipe.

Frostbite: 10 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 2 ml of Lavender essential oil. To dilute in 15 ml of rosehip vegetal oil. Apply a few drops of this blend on the concerned areas morning and evening for 15 days.

Sprain: 1.5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 1.5 ml of Peppermint essential oil + 80 ml of jojoba, apricot kernel or macadamia vegetal oil. Massage the sore area up to 5 times a day for 3 days.

Hematoma: 5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil +5 ml of Lavender essential oil + 15 ml (= 1 large spoon) of millepertuis vegetal oil. 1 application locally up to 5 times a day. Lavender can be replaced by Cypress.

Lumbago: Helichrysum essential oil + Wintergreen essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Peppermint essential oil. 2 ml of each in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetal oil. Massage the sore areas up to 4 times a day.

Ears (ringing): Helichrysum essential oil + Tarragon + Seville orange. 5 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetal oil. Massage the area surrounding the ear 2 to 3 times a day for 8 to 10 days.

Phlebitis: 3 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 5 ml of Eucalyptus globulus + 5 ml of Basil + 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetal oil. Massage the legs from bottom to top morning and evening.

Rheumatism : Helichrysum essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Wintergreen. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia vegetal oil. Massage the sore areas up to 3 times a day.

Sciatic: Helichrysum essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Wintergreen essential oil + Tarragon. 2 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetal oil. Massage the concerned area up to 5 times a day for 10 days.
