Main properties: digestive, tonic, genito-urinary antiseptic, diuretic, anti-rheumatismal, insect repellent, vermifuge, immunostimulant.
Indications:
Liver calculus: 10 ml of Juniper essential oil (organic) + 8 ml of Thyme essential oil + 2 ml of Niaouli. Absorb 1 drop of this blend 3 times a day for 3 weeks.
Cellulite: Juniper essential oil (organic) + White birch + Pine needle essential oil + Rosemary essential oil + Maritime Pine. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas (legs, buttocks, hips) using this blend morning and evening. See Geranium and Cedar for other recipes.
Hair loss: 25 drops of Juniper essential oil (organic) + 50 drops of Rosemary cineol + 25 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the scalp and wait for 1 hour before shampooing. See Geranium for another recipe.
Gout: 10 ml of Juniper essential oil (organic) + 15 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas.
Edema: Juniper essential oil (organic) + Palmarosa essential oil + Cedar + Geranium. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas morning and evening.
Overweight: 3 ml of Juniper essential oil (organic) + 10 ml of Lemon essential oil + 3 ml of Sage. Take 2 drops of this blend morning, noon and evening on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread.
Overweight: Juniper essential oil (organic) + Cypress + Geranium essential oil + Cedar + Sage. 3 to 4 drops of each, to blend in a solvent then pour in the bath water. End your bath with a cold shower.
Contraindications: Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
