Main properties: Liver drainer and regenerator, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiallergic, aerial antiseptic.

Indications:

ingestionCirrhosis: Ledum essential oil + Thyme essential oil + Clove essential oil + Peppermint essential oil. 1 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Absorb 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey 3 times a day (before meals) for 3 weeks.

Rubbing or massagingNephretic colic: Ledum essential oil + Basil + Seville orange. 2 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen using a few drops of this blend 5 to 6 times a day.

ingestionLiver (congestion): Ledum essential oil + Thyme essential oil + Wintergreen. 2 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Absorb 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey 2 times a day for 3 weeks.

ingestionViral hepatitis, toxaemic or massage: 3 ml of Ledum + 2 ml of Thyme thujanol essential oil + 3 ml of Ravensara essential oil + 1 ml of Basil to mix in a bottle. Absorb 3 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or a spoon of olive oil 3 times a day (before meals) and 6 drops of the same blend to apply locally on the liver area.

Rubbing or massagingInsomniia: Ledum essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Mandarin + Ravensara. 2 ml of each to dilute in 10 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the soles of the feet using a few drops of this blend everyday before bedtime.
