Main properties: antiallergenic, repellent (insects), antispasmodic, relaxing, antidepressant, soothing.
Indications:
Insomnia: Lemon balm + Sweet marjoram + Orange + Vervain + Roman or German chamomile. Mix 5 ml of each in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend in the evening (at 6 and 9 PM) for 1 week.
Contraindications: Causes inflammation if not diluted. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Tips: For cooking, Lemon balm gives a pleasant flavor to soups and salads.
