Botanical name: Citrus Limonum
Cultivation: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)
Country of origin: Argentina
Main properties: antibacterial, antiseptic, antiviral, blood thinner, digestive, febrifuge, immunostimulant, litholytic.
Indications:
Aerophagia: Lemon essential oil + Cumin essential oil + Basil essential oil + Peppermint essential oil + Tarragon. Create a mix using 5 ml of each. Take one drop (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) of this mix after each meal.
Cold: 5 ml of Lemon essential oil + 5 ml of Sweet marjoram, to mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey. Alternate Lemon and Ravensara or Rosemary. 4 times a day for 1 week.
Digestion difficulties: Lemon essential oil + Summer Savory. 10 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this mix in a glass of warm water after meals.
Fatigue: Lemon essential oil + Thyme essential oil. 1 drop of each on a spoon of honey, 3 times a day for one week.
Flu: Lemon essential oil + Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Cinnamon. 5 ml of each. Take 2 drops of this mix on a spoon of honey 2 to 3 times a day.
Flu: Mix in equal parts Lemon essential oil + Saro essential oil + Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Pine essential oil + Myrtle.
Sea sickness: Lemon essential oil + Peppermint essential oil. 10 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this mix on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread every hour if necessary (do not exceed 9 takes per 24 h).
Overweight: 10 ml of Lemon essential oil + 3 ml of Juniper essential oil + 3 ml of Sage. Take 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread morning, noon and evening.
Warts: Lemon essential oil + Cinnamon essential oil + Summer Savory essential oil + Mandarin. 1 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply 1 or 2 drops of this mix directly on the warts morning and evening for several days until they are gone.
Contraindications: Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Do not get exposed to UVs after application. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Tips: The Lemon essential oil can make excellent drinks, warm or cold when combined with other essential oils like Lemon-Geranium, Lemon-Cedar, Lemon-Mint or Lemon-Orange (1 drop of each) with a little honey.
