Lemon eucalyptus essential oil (organic)

Botanical name: Eucalyptus citriodora

Biochemical components: Monoterp. alcohols (citronnellol, trans-pinocarveol, geraniol, cis- and trans-p-menthane), esters terp. (acetate, butyrate and citronnellate de citronnellyle), aldehydes terp. (citronnellal).

Main aromatherapy properties: Anti-inflammatory, antirheumatismal, soothing, sedative, anti-hypertensive, antalgic, anti-infectious, mild antispasmodic.

Indications :

Arthritis (cervicodorsal, phalangeal, epicondylian), poly-arthritis rhumatoid, rheumatisms, pericarditis, coronaritis, hypertension, cystitis, vaginitis, shingles.

Arthitis, rheumatism: 3 ml of Lemon eucalyptus essential oil + 2 ml of helichrysum essential oil + 1 ml of wintergreen essential oil + 1 ml of Peppermint essential oil + 100 ml macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas morning, noon and evening for a week.

Colitis: 2 ml of Lemon eucalyptus essential oil + 1 ml of wintergreen + 2 ml of lavandin super + 1 ml of rosemary + 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the lower abdomen, the lower back and the ribs, morning, noon and evening for a week.

Diabetes: 0,5 ml of Lemon eucalyptus essential oil + 1 ml of geranium + 1 ml of rosemary. Mix and let sit for 24 hours. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 to 3 times a day, 3 weeks per month.

Contraindications: None within the scope of normal dosage.
