Botanical name: Litsea cubeba, Litsea citrata
Biochemical components: Monoterpenes (mycrene, limonene). Sesquiterpenes (beta-caryophyllene). Monoterpenols (linalol, alpha-terpineol, citronnellol, nerol, geraniol). Esters (acetate de linalyle, de terpenyle, de neryle et de geranyle). Aldehydes (neral, geranial, citronnellal). Cetones (methylhtenone).

Main aromatherapy properties: Soothing, sedative. Anti-inflammatory. Tonic of digestion, eupeptic. Anti-infectious, anti-bacterial.
Indications: Anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, nervous breakdown. Viral neuritis. Gastroduodenal ulcer, Inflammatory enterocolitis, inappetence, Digestive insufficiency.
Aphonia: 1 ml of Litsea cubeba organic essential oil + 1 ml of organic cypress + 0.5 ml of lavender. Take 2 drops of this blend 2 to 3 times a day after meals for 8 to 10 days.
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women
