Palmarosa essential oil

Cultivation: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)
Country of origin: India
Main properties: antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, immunostimulant, cicatrizing, cardiotonic, tonic.
Indications:
Bronchitis (baby): Palmarosa essential oil + Myrtle + Ravensara essential oil + Rosewood + Eucalyptus radiata. 5 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the plexus and the back using a few drops of this blend, 3 times a day.
Cracked skin (lips, breasts): 5 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 3 ml of Helichrysum + 5 ml of Lavender essential oil + 30 ml of rosehip vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas in the morning and in the evening for 1 week. See Patchouli for another recipe.
Cystitis: 5 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 5 ml of Thyme essential oil. To mix in a bottle. Massage 2 drops of this blend on the lower abdomen and the lower back 3 times a day.
Lymphatic drainage: 1.5 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 1.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 100 ml of Macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas.
Eczema: Palmarosa essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Thyme essential oil. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in un 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Apply this lotion on the areas to be treated 2 times a day. Palmarosa can be replaced by Field mint.
Edema: Palmarosa essential oil + Cedar + Juniper + Geranium. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas morning and evening.
Dandruff: 2 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 6 ml of Orange essential oil + 4 ml of Cedar. To mix with 200 ml of a neutral shampoo. Massage the scalp every day with this blend.
Seborrhea: Palmarosa essential oil + Cedar + Tea tree essential oil. 3 drops of each in a bottle of shampoo or shower gel.
Contraindications: This EO is potentially irritating. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
