Cultivation: Organic, ECOCERT certified (100% pure, 100% natural)

Country of origin: India

Main properties: digestive, emmenagogue, antispasmodic, tonic, febrifuge, immunostimulant, anti-infectious.

Indications:

ingestionAerophagia: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Basil + Cumin + Lemon essential oil + Tarragon. Prepare a mix using 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) after each meal.

ingestionBloating: Carvi essential oil + Peppermint essential oil. Prepare a mix using 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) after each meal.

ingestionHeartburn: 3 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 3 ml of Basil essential oil + 3 ml of Chamomile essential oil + 6 ml of Coriander essential oil + 6 ml of Sweet marjoram essential oil + 3 ml of Lavender essential oil. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 to 3 times a day for 10 days.

Rubbing or massagingCavity: 3 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 2 ml of Tea tree essential oil + 5 ml of Summer savory essential oil + 10 ml of olive oil. Apply 2 drops of this blend on the tooth up to 4 times a day.

ingestionCirrhosis: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Clove essential oil + Ledon essential oil + Thyme essential oil. 1 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey 3 times a day (before meals) for 3 weeks.

ingestionConcentration (lack of): 5 ml of Peppermint essential oil + 5 ml of Basil essential oil + 2 ml of Pine. Mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread, 2 times a day for 1 week.

Rubbing or massagingSevere indigestion: 5 ml of Peppermint to dilute in 5 ml of jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen 3 to 5 times a day using a few drops of this blend until improvement.

Rubbing or massagingItching: 1 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 1 ml of Roman or German chamomile essential oil + 50 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Apply to the concerned areas as many times as necessary.

Rubbing or massagingSprain: 1.5 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 1.5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 80 ml of jojoba, apricot kernel or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 5 times a day for 3 days.

ingestionGeneral fatigue: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Clove essential oil + Basil essential oil + Cinnamon essential oil + Thyme essential oil + Sage. 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 4 weeks.

Rubbing or massagingPhysical fatigue: 50 drops of Rosemary (1.8 cineol) + 50 drops of Rosewood essential oil + 50 drops of Peppermint essential oil + 100 ml of Macadamia vegetable oil. Peppermint can be replaced by Ravensara.

Rubbing or massagingGastroenteritis: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Laurel essential oil + Tarragon. 5 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia (or jojoba or apricot kernel) vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen using a few drops of this blend 3 to 4 times a day until improvement.

Rubbing or massagingGingivitis: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Geranium essential oil + Cinnamon essential oil + Sage. 1 drop of each. Massage the sore areas with the tip of the finger after each meal.

ingestionViral hepatitis: 2 drops to take on a spoon of honey morning, noon and evening for 3 weeks.

ingestionHypotension: 10 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 2 ml of Sage. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 1 week.

Rubbing or massagingLumbago: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Helichrysum essential oil + Wintergreen essential oil + Laurel. 2 ml of each in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 4 times a day.

ingestionSea sickness: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Lemon. 10 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread every hour if necessary (do not exceed 9 takes per 24 h).

Rubbing or massagingHeadache: 10 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 5 ml of Basil essential oil + 5 ml of Lavandin essential oil + 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. To mix in a bottle. Massage the temples several times a day if necessary.

ingestionBad breath: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Lavender essential oil + Thyme essential oil. 1 drop of each in a glass of warm water. 3 times a day after meals.

Rubbing or massagingMigraine: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Field mint essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Wintergreen essential oil + macadamia (or jojoba or apricot kernel) vegetable oil. 10 ml of each. Massage a few drops of this blend on the forehead and temples several times a day and for as long as necessary.

ingestionStuffed nose: 1 drop of Peppermint on a spoon of honey up to 3 times a day if necessary.

Diffusing or inhalationCold: 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 1 drop of Eucalyptus radiata. Inhale for 10 min, 2 to 3 times a day.

Rubbing or massagingSinusitis-Cold: Peppermint (0.5 ml) + Tea tree (2 ml) + Saro (2 ml) + Inula essential oil (0.5 ml) + Macadamia vegetable oil (for a total of 10 ml). Apply 4 to 5 drops of this blend on the forehead 6 times a day for 1 to 3 days, make sure to avoid contac with the eyes!

ingestionJitters: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Laurel. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops of this blend 1 hour before exams, speeches...

Rubbing or massagingPerspiration: For the hands and/or feet: 10 drops of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 1 ml of Sage essential oil + 1 ml of Cypress essential oil + 50 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas in the morning and in the evening.

Rubbing or massagingVaricose veins: 1.5 ml of Peppermint essential oil (organic) + 1.5 ml of Rosemary (1.8 cineol) + 1.5 ml of Cypress essential oil + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage morning and evening. Peppermint can be replaced by Lavandin.

ingestionVomitting: Peppermint essential oil (organic) + Basil. 1 drop of each on a small piece of bread, several times a day if necessary.

Contraindications: This EO is potentially irritating. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use in conjunction with a homeopathic treatment.

Tips: To keep awake while on a journey (for example) put a few drops of Peppermint (or Field mint) on a handkerchief and breathe it from time to time.
