Pine essential oil (organic)

Cultivation: Organic, certified by ECOCERT SAS F32600 (100% pure, 100% natural)
Country of origin: Eastern countries
Main properties: respiratory antiseptic, genito-urinary antiseptic, respiratory.
Indications:
Cellulite: Pine needle essential oil (organic) + Rosemary essential oil + Juniper + White birch + Maritime Pine. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the areas to be treated (legs, buttocks, hips) using this blend morning and evening. See Geranium and Cedar for other recipes.
Concentration (lack of): 2 ml of Pine needle essential oil (organic) + 5 ml of Peppermint essential oil + 5 ml of Basil. Mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread, 2 times a day for 1 week.
Constipation: 2 ml of Pine needle essential oil (organic) + 5 ml of Tarragon + 5 ml of Mandarin. Mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops on a spoon of honey or olive oil, 3 times a days for 1 week at the most.
Flu: Pine needle essential oil (organic) + Eucalyptus globulus + Eucalyptus radiata + Grapefruit essential oil + Myrtle. Make a mix using 5 ml of each. Diffuse at regular intervals into the air of the living room. You can also use Pine needle essential oil (organic) + Saro essential oil + Eucalyptus radiata essential oil + Lemon essential oil + Myrtle.
Respiratory infections: 3 ml of Pine needle essential oil (organic) + 5 ml of Tea tree + 2 ml of Thyme essential oil. Pour about 10 drops of this blend in an inhaler. Inhale for 10 minutes 1 to 2 times a day for 3 days.
Contraindications: This EO is potentially irritating. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
