Culture: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)

Country of origin: Tunisia

Main properties: Anti-rheumatismal, anti-wrinkle, respiratory antiseptic, anti-cellulite, digestive, revitalizing (intellect and glandular system).

Indications:

ingestionAmenorrhea: 5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 10 ml of Sweet marjoram + 10 ml of Sage + 5 ml of Clove. Take 2 drops of this blend morning, noon and evening (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) 5 days before the periods are expected to begin.

Rubbing or massagingArthritis, rheumatism: 1.5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 1.5 ml of Seville orange essential oil + 100 ml of jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas.

Rubbing or massagingCellulite: 4 ml of Geranium essential oil + 4 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 4.5 ml of Lemongrass + 100 ml of Macadamia or Apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage morning and evening. For a less concentrated oil you can also mix these essential oils in equal parts and add 30 to 60 drops of this blend to 100 ml of Macadamia or Apricot kernel vegetable oil. Rubbing or massagingCellulite: Rosemary essential oil + Juniper + White birch + Pine needle essential oil + Maritime Pine. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the areas to be treated (legs, buttocks, hips) using this blend morning and evening. See Geranium and Cedar for other recipes.

Rubbing or massagingCerumen (clog): Rosemary cineol + Niaouli essential oil + Eucalyptus globulus. 5 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of macadamia, of jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the area surrounding the ear 2 to 3 times a day for 1 week.

ingestionCholesterol: 5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 5 ml of Helichrysum. To dilute in 1 liter of olive oil. Can be taken every day (1 teaspoon of this blend in the seasoning of a dish for example).

Rubbing or massagingHair loss: 50 drops of Rosemary cineol + 25 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil + 25 drops of Juniper + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the scalp and let it sit for 1 hour before shampooing. See Geranium for another recipe.

Rubbing or massagingScar: Rosemary essential oil + Helichrysum essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply 2 or 3 drops of this blend to the scars up to 3 times a day for 2 weeks if necessary.

Rubbing or massagingScars: 5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 5 ml of Helichrysum essential oil + 10 ml of Rosehip vegetable oil. Apply directly to the scars.

Rubbing or massagingMuscular cramp: Rosemary cineol + Lavandin. 5 ml of each to dilute in 30 ml of jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas.

Rubbing or massagingSprain, tendonitis: 1.5 ml of Rosemary cineol + 1.5 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 5 times a day for 3 days.

bathPhysical fatigue: Rosemary essential oil + Nutmeg. 8 drops of each, to incorporate in a solvent before adding to the bath water. End your bath with a cold shower.

Rubbing or massagingPhysical fatigue: 1.5 ml of Rosemary (1.8 cineol) + 1.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1.5 ml of Ravensara essential oil + 100 ml of Macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the soles of the feet morning and evening for 1 week.

Rubbing or massagingPsoriasis : Rosemary essential oil + Lavender essential oil + Bergamot essential oil + Tea tree essential oil. 12 drops of each in 100 ml of rosehip vegetable oil. Apply a few drops locally up to 2 times a day.

Rubbing or massagingFlu: Rosemary (1 ml) + Saro (5 ml) + Myrtle (2 ml) + Eucalyptus radiata (2 ml) + Macadamia vegetable oil (5 ml)
- young child: apply 6 drops of this blend on the chest and the back 5 times a day for 3 to 5 days
- adult: apply 15 drops of this blend on the chest and the back 4 to 6 times a day for 3 to 5 days

Rubbing or massagingHeavy legs: Rosemary cineol + Cypress + Cedar. 1 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage your legs from bottom to top using this preparation.

Rubbing or massagingOtitis: 2 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 1 ml of Niaouli essential oil + 80 ml of macadamia or apricot kernel (or jojoba). Massage around the ear. Rosemary can be replaced by Lavender and Eucalyptus (1 ml of each).

Rubbing or massagingTeething: Rosemary essential oil + Lavandin. 3 drops of each to dilute in 10 ml (apricot kernel, jojoba or macadamia) vegetable oil. Apply a few drops locally.

Diffusing or inhalationRhinitis, sinusitis: Rosemary cineol + Eucalyptus radiata. Diffuse several times a day for 1 week.

ingestionCold: 5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 5 ml of Sweet marjoram. To mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey. Alternate Rosemary with Ravensara and Lemon. 4 times a day for 1 week.

ingestionStress: 10 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 5 ml of Seville orange essential oil + 5 ml of Lavender essential oil. To mix in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend in the morning and in the evening for 3 weeks.

Rubbing or massagingBody tonic: 1.5 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 1 ml of Ylang Ylang essential oil + 1.5 ml of Geranium essential oil + 80 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage morning and evening.

Rubbing or massagingVaricose veins: 1.5 ml of Rosemary (1.8 cineol) + 1.5 ml of Cypress + 1.5 ml of Lavandin + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage morning and evening. Lavandin can be replaced by Peppermint essential oil.

Rubbing or massagingStretch marks (curative): 2 ml of Rosemary essential oil + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 1 ml of Cajeput + 1 ml of Cistus essential oil + 30 ml of Rosehip vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas morning and evening for several days, until improvement.

Contraindications: This EO is potentially irritating. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women. The Rosemary 1.8 cineol essential oil must not be ingested.
