Main properties: anti-wrinkles, antispasmodic, cicatrizing, relaxing, anti-infectious, antibacterial, immunostimulant, lymphotonic.
Indications:
Bronchitis (baby): Rosewood essential oil + Ravensara + Niaouli. One drop of each to dilute in some vegetable oil. Massage the plexus and the back 3 times a day.
Bronchitis (baby): Rosewood essential oil + Ravensara + Myrtle + Palmarosa + Eucalyptus radiata. 1 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the plexus and the back with a few drops of this blend, 3 times a day.
Burns: 0.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 15 ml (= 1 large spoon) of rosehip vegetable oil. Massage the aching areas 3 times a day until healing is complete.
Cradle cap: Rosewood essential oil + Tea tree essential oil. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of rosehip vegetable oil.
Cystitis: 5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 5 ml of Palmarosa + 5 ml of Thyme essential oil. Mix in a bottle. Massage the lower abdomen and lower back using 2 drops of this blend, 3 times a day.
Depression: 2 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1 ml of Orange. Apply 3 drops of this blend on the solar plexus 4 times a day. See Ravensara for another recipe.
Lymphatic drainage: 1.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1.5 ml of Palmarosa + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the corresponding areas.
Diaper rash: 0.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1 ml of Lavender essential oil + 15 ml (= 1 large spoon) of rosehip vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas 3 times a day until healing is complete.
Physical fatigue: 1.5 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1.5 ml of Ravensara + 1.5 ml of Rosemary (1.8 cineol) + 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the soplar plexus and the soles of the feet morning and evening for a week.
Laryngitis: 2 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 3 ml of Thyme thujanol + 2 ml of Niaouli to mix in a bottle. Absorb 3 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey 4 times a day between meals for 5 days.
Mosquitoes (repellent): 6 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 10 ml of Citronnella grass + 10 ml of Geranium essential oil + 4 ml of Clove essential oil + 100 ml of jojoba (or macadamia or apricot kernel) vegetable oil.
Whitlow: Rosewood essential oil + Tea tree essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Clove. Mix 1 ml of each of these. Apply a few drops on the area up to 4 times a day.
Dry skin: 1 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 1 ml of Geranium essential oil + 30 ml of rosehip vegetable oil.
