Botanical name: Salvia Sclarea L.

Culture: Conventional (100% pure, 100% natural)

Chemotype: Linalyl acetate, linalol

Country of origin: Russia

Main properties: Antiperspirant, phlebotonic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, anti-infectious, antibacterial, antifungal.

Indications:

IngestionAmenorrhea: 10 ml of Sage essential oil + 10 ml of Sweet Sweet marjoram + 5 ml of Rosemary + 5 ml of Clove. Take 2 drops of this blend morning, noon and evening (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) 5 days before the menstruation is expected to begin.

IngestionHot flashes: Sage essential oil + Roman Chamomile. 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend morning and evening on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread.

IngestionGeneral fatigue: Sage essential oil + Peppermint + Clove + Basil + Cinnamon + Thyme. 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 4 weeks.

MassageFrigidity: 1 ml of Sage essential oil + 1 ml of Roman Chamomile + 2 ml of Ylang Ylang. To dilute in 10 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

MassageGingivitis: Sage essential oil + Peppermint + Geranium + Cinnamon. 1 drop of each. Massage the sore areas with the tip of the finger after each meal.

MassageHerpes, shingles: Sage essential oil + Ravensara + Niaouli. 1 drop of each. To dilute in a teaspoon of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas 3 to 4 times a day.

IngestionHypotension: 2 ml of Sage essential oil + 10 ml of Peppermint. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 1 week.

IngestionOverweight: 3 ml of Sage essential oil + 3 ml of Juniper + 10 ml of Lemon. Take 2 drops of this blend morning, noon and evening on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread.

BathOverweight: Sage essential oil + Cedar + Geranium + Cypress + Juniper. 3 to 4 drops of each, to mix with a solvent then pour in the bath water. End your bath with a cold shower.

Perspiration: For the hands and/or feet: 1 ml of Sage essential oil + 1 ml of Cypress + 10 drops of Peppermint + 50 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the concerned areas in the morning and in the evening.

Anorexia: 1 ml of Sage essential oil + 4 ml of Bergamot + 3 ml of Ylang Ylang. To dilute in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the soles of the feet using this lotion morning and evening until improvement (do not exceed 3 weeks).

Contraindications: Do not apply to the skin if not diluted (Causes inflammation). Do not use in cases of mastosis or hormono dependent cancer. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
