Tarragon essential oil

Main properties : anti-allergenic, antispasmodic, digestive, revitalizing (intellectual faculties).
Indications:
Aerophagia: Tarragon + Peppermint essential oil + Basil + Cumin + Lemon. Make a mix using 5 ml of each. Absorb 1 drop of this blend (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) after each meal.
Asthma: 10 ml of Tarragon + 5 ml of Myrtle + 5 ml of Wintergreen + 5 ml of Mandarin, to mix in a bottle. Massage the solar plexus and the back using 4 to 5 drops of of this blend several times a day if necessary.
Colic: 2 ml of Tarragon + 5 ml of Roman chamomile + 20 ml of macadamia, jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil (use twice as much vegetable oil if administering to a baby). Massage the solar plexus with this blend 3 times a day.
Constipation: 5 ml of Tarragon + 2 ml of Pine + 5 ml of Mandarin, to mix in a bottle. Absorb 2 drops on a spoon of honey or olive oil, 3 times a days for 1 week at the most.
Muscular contraction: Tarragon + Wintergreen. 1 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the aching areas several times a day if necessary.
Muscular cramp: 5 ml of Tarragon + 5 ml of Wintergreen + 3 ml of Laurel essential oil + 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the aching areas 4 to 5 times a day if necessary.
Gastroenteritis: Tarragon + Peppermint essential oil + Laurel. 5 ml of each to dilute in 20 ml of macadamia (or jojoba or apricot kernel) vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen with a few drops of this blend 3 to 4 times a day until improvement.
Hiccup: Tarragon + Seville Orange + Basil. 1 drop of each on a small piece of bread (every 10 to 15 minutes). For children, make sure to divide these amounts by 3 (in diluting this blend in a little vegetable oil).
Nausea: 0.2 ml of Tarragon + 0.5 ml of Roman or German chamomile + 1 ml of Mandarin. Absorb 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey, up to 6 times a day (3 times for a child).
Ear (buzzing): Tarragon + Helichrysum + Seville Orange. 5 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the area surrounding the ear 2 to 3 times a day for 8 to 10 days.
Painful menstruations: 2 ml of Tarragon + 8 ml of Mandarin + 2 ml of Seville Orange + 50 ml of jojoba or macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the lower abdoment morning, noon and evening until improvement.
Hay fever: Tarragon + Roman or German chamomile + Geranium essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 5 ml of each. Absorb 3 drops a day for as long as exposed.
Sciatic: Tarragon + Helichrysum + Laurel essential oil + Wintergreen. 2 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the concerned area up to 5 times a day for 10 days.
Spasmophilia: Tarragon + Ravensara + Lavender essential oil + Orange. Mix 5 ml of each in a bottle. Absorb 1 drop of this blend 3 times a day for 3 weeks.
Vomitting: Tarragon + Lavandin + Seville orange + Ginger. 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend on a small piece of bread every hour (do not exceed 9 times a day).
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Tips : For cooking, pour 1 to 3 drops of Tarragon essential oil when serving to enhance meats and salads.
