Main properties: antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, cardiotonic.

Indications:

ingestionAngina: Thyme essential oil + Clove essential oil + Tea tree + Oregano. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 2 drops 3 times a day (on a spoon of honey or small piece of bread) for 1 week.

Rubbing or massagingCold sore: Thyme essential oil + Niaouli essential oil + Ravensara. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply 1 drop of this blend locally up to 9 times a day for 2 days.

ingestionLiver calculus: 8 ml of Thyme essential oil + 10 ml of Juniper + 2 ml of Niaouli. Take 1 drop of this blend 3 times a day for 3 weeks.

ingestionCirrhosis: Thyme essential oil + Peppermint essential oil + Clove essential oil + Ledon. 1 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Take 1 drop of this blend on a spoon of honey 3 times a day (before meals) for 3 weeks.

Rubbing or massagingCystitis: 5 ml of Thyme essential oil + 5 ml of Palmarosa essential oil + 5 ml of Rosewood. To mix in a bottle. Massage 2 drops of this blend on the lower abdomen and the lower back 3 times a day.

Rubbing or massagingEczema: Thyme essential oil + Palmarosa essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 1.5 ml of each to dilute in un 20 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Apply this lotion on the areas to be treated 2 times a day. Palmarosa can be replaced by Field mint.

ingestionFatigue: Thyme essential oil + Lemon. 1 drop of each on a spoon of honey, 3 times a day for 1 week.

ingestionGeneral fatigue: Thyme essential oil + Sage + Peppermint essential oil + Clove essential oil + Basil + Cinnamon. 5 ml of each. Take 1 drop of this blend 2 times a day for 4 weeks.

Diffusing or inhalationRespiratory infections: 2 ml of Thyme essential oil + 3 ml of Pine needle essential oil + 5 ml of Tea tree essential oil. Pour about 10 drops of this blend in an inhaler. Inhale for 10 minutes 1 to 2 times a day for 3 days.

ingestionBad breath: Thyme essential oil + Peppermint essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 1 drop of each in a glass of warm water. 3 times a day after meals.

Contraindications: Not to be used by children and pregnant or breast-feeding women. This essential oil is dermocaustic, do not apply pure.
