Botanical name: Vetiveria zizanoides
Cultivation: Wild (100% pure, 100% natural)
Country of origin: Haiti
Main properties: antiseptic, immunostimulant, aphrodisiac, relaxing, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, circulatory.
Indications:
Acne: Vetiver essential oil + Seville orange essential oil + Geranium. 5 ml of each to dilute in 10 ml of rosehip vegetable oil. Apply a few drops of this lotion on the areas to be treated morning and evening (after cleansing the skin). See Laurel for another recipe.
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women. Potentially irritating to the skin if used pure.
