Wintergreen essential oil

Main properties: antispasmodic, antalgic, anti-inflammatory.
Indications:
Asthma: 5 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 5 ml of Myrtle + 10 ml of Tarragon + 5 ml of Mandarin. To mix in a bottle. Massage the solar plexus and the back using 4 to 5 drops of this blend several times a day if necessary.
Muscular contractions: Wintergreen essential oil + Tarragon. 1 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas several times a day if necessary.
Muscular cramp: 5 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 5 ml of Tarragon + 3 ml of Laurel essential oil + 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas 4 to 5 times a day if necessary.
Sprain, tendonitis: 1.5 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 1.5 ml of Rosemary cineol + 100 ml of jojoba, macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 5 times a day for 3 days.
Fever: 5 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 10 ml of Ranvensare + 10 ml of Niaouli. To dilute in 20 ml of macadamia, jojoba or apricot kernel vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the soles of the feet with this blend up to 8 times a day for 3 days.
Gout: 15 ml of Wintergreen essential oil + 10 ml of Juniper + 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas.
Lumbago: Wintergreen essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Helichrysum + Peppermint essential oil. 2 ml of each in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 4 times a day.
Sore back: Wintergreen essential oil + Lavender essential oil + German chamomile. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas several times a day if necessary.
Migraine: Wintergreen essential oil + Peppermint essential oil + Field mint + Lavender essential oil + macadamia (or jojoba or apricot kernel) vegetable oil. 10 ml of each. Massage the forehead and temples with a few drops of this blend several times a day and for as long as necessary.
Rheumatism: Wintergreen essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Helichrysum. 3 ml of each to dilute in 100 ml of macadamia vegetable oil. Massage the sore areas up to 3 times a day.
Sciatic: Wintergreen essential oil + Laurel essential oil + Helichrysum + Tarragon. 2 ml of each to dilute in 50 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the concerned area up to 5 times a day for 10 days.
Contraindications: Do not ingest. Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
