Bergamot essential oil (organic)

Main properties: antispasmodic, antiseptic, sedative, deodorizing.
Indications:
Anorexia: 4 ml of Bergamot essential oil (organic) + 3 ml of Ylang Ylang essential oil + 1 ml of Sage. To diulute in 100 ml of macadamia or jojoba vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the soles of the feet with this lotion morning and evening until improvement (not to exceed 3 weeks).
Psoriasis : bergamot essential oil (organic) + Tea tree essential oil + lavender essential oil + Rosemary essential oil. 12 drops of each in 100 ml of rosehip vegetable oil. Apply a few drops locally up to 2 times a day.
Contraindications: Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
