Welcome Gift
For any first order on Huiles & Sens above a minimum amount, we will be delighted to offer you a Welcome Gift. This gift is to be choose among a selection of articles from our catalog of products which will be displayed automaticaly as soon as the following thresholds are reached :
- 70 EUR for France,
- 120 EUR for Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal.
- 250 EUR for all other destinations including Canada and the US.
Exceptions : some items are not included in the sum that determines these thresholds (for example some of our diffusers). Also, this Welcome Gift Program is not permanent, Laboratoire Centiflor can suspend it at any time.
Good to know : the Welcome Gift Program is added to the other advantages, for example with the free shipping (for any order above 39 EUR for France, 90 EUR for neighbouring countries and 140 EUR for any other destinations).

Loyalty Program
After your first order and if the total amount of your orders placed within the last 12 months exceed 70 EUR, you will be eligible for the Loyalty Program.
As soon as you reach the threshold of 70 EUR, you will automaticaly benefit from discounts on your orders (-5% to start with). The rebate will be automaticaly deducted from the total amount of your order.
This order will be added to your past orders (placed over the last 12 months) allowing to reach other thresholds associated with higher discounts.
How to inquire about my past orders and assess my future discounts?
Please login with your email address and password (righ hand corner of the website) and clic on "your account". You will be able to visualize the amount of eligible orders as well as the different thresholds. The orders are taken into account the day of their shipping.
I placed an order exceeding the first threshold but I did not get any discount. Why?
To be eligible, this order must be placed after at least one first order exceeding the first threshold.

Advantages:
As sponsor, you will benefit from Coupons to be deducted from you future orders. Your godson will be offered, on your behalf, a welcome gift.
How to active the Sponsorship Program?
Please login with your email address and password (righ hand corner of the website) and clic on "your account". Clic on "See your sponsorship operations" and simply follow the instructions. You will be able to send invites to potential godsons so they can create an account a place orders.
As soon as one of your godsons create an account, his/her name will appear on a list in your account.
Whenever one of them place an order, you will automaticaly benefit from a 4 € coupon to be deducted from your next order.
Coupons can be cumulated and the number of godsons is not limited! Therefore, if 3 godsons place orders, you will enjoy a 12 € rebated on your next order.
