Botanical name: Thymus Vulgaris L. linaloliferum

Indications: Respiratory infections such as bronchitis and rhinitis. Relieves cough spasms. Relieves muscle pains and spasms. Improves circulation. Stimulates the immune system. Helpful for all sorts of skin infections. Useful for oily skin, psoriasis, and warts.
Angina: As soon as the very first signs appear, 2 drops of Thyme linalol on a 1/4 of a sugar lump or a teaspoon of honey to take 3 to 4 times per 24 hours.
Cold sore: Thyme linalol essential oil + Niaouli essential oil + Ravensara. 5 ml of each to mix in a bottle. Apply 1 drop of this blend locally 6-8 times a day for 2 days.
Severe bacterial or viral infection: 2 ml of Thyme linalol + 1 ml of Cinnamon of China + 2 ml of Summer savory to mix in a bottle. Take 3 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey or olive oil 3 times a day (before meals) for 7 to 10 days.
Laryngitis: 3 ml of Thyme linalol essential oil + 2 ml of Rosewood essential oil + 2 ml of Niaouli to mix in a bottle. Take 3 drops of this blend on a spoon of honey 4 times a day between meals for 5 days.
Contraindications: Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
