Extraction method

Tuberose absolute is obtained by solvent extraction of the flowering tops, followed by extraction of the concrete with ethanol, with a yield of around 25% on the concrete.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • Odor: Characteristic, complex, with heady, powdery tones of Jasmine, Orange and Honey.
  • Appearance: Solid at room temperature. For ease of use, we recommend removing the absolute with a double spatula.
  • Color: Pale yellow to amber, depending on temperature.

  • Flash point: 92°C.
