Absolute Tuberose
Polianthes tuberosa
Tuberose absolute (Polianthes tuberosa) is a precious, complex essence extracted from the flowers of this exotic plant native to Asia. Highly sought-after in perfumery for its powerful, heady floral notes, it adds a bewitchingly feminine touch to fragrant compositions. With nuances of jasmine, orange and honey, this absolute is ideal for oriental and chypre olfactory creations. In cosmetics, it stands out for its unique aromatic properties and is used in skin care at low concentrations, notably in creams, lotions and lip care products. Because of its high concentration, a small amount is enough to enrich your formulations and enhance your perfumed and cosmetic creations.
