      Cinnamon bark oil (10 drops) + Lemon essential oil (10 drops) + Ginger essential oil (10 drops) + Sweet almond oil (organic) (10 ml) . Mix together the essential oils and the vegetable oil. Massage the wrists with a few drops 2 to 3 times a day during three days.
