Directions for use

1. Massage: Apply the massage oil directly to the skin, using circular movements to relax muscles and relieve tension.
2. As a body oil: Use as a nourishing treatment for the whole body after a day of physical activity.
3. In the bath: Add a few drops to bath water for the ultimate moment of relaxation after physical exertion, ideally before going to bed.
