This 5-day workshop is for all perfume enthusiasts wishing to learn to make their own perfume, personal and with natural ingredients such as absolutes or essential oils.
It will be suitable for people who want a short training, but intensive enough and practical to acquire a basic element in order to create perfumes, and to ensure the artisanal manufacture. But it is also very interesting for any perfume novice wishing to learn more.

The intervener, Mr. Nicolas de Barry, Perfumer
Nicolas de Barry is an atypical character in the world of perfumery. Sociologist and political scientist by training, he received a History Prize from the French Academy, published fifteen books, exercised diplomatic functions, before embarking on perfumery in 1992. A first career in Brazil in fact the perfumer of stars and high society, for whom he creates personalized perfumes. He is the author of several books on perfume including "Perfumes to do yourself".
Very attached to natural raw materials, Nicolas de Barry proposes a series of 100% natural perfumes around the rarest and precious essences such as Aloe Wood, Rose of Grasse or Crimea, Blue Lotus of Thailand, etc.
He creates perfumes and receives his customers, for whom he composes custom perfumes.
In his collection entitled "Parfums Historiques" he has faithfully reconstructed the perfumes of George Sand, Marguerite de Valois (Queen Margot), Sissi, Louis XV and the Marquise de Pompadour. You will find these perfumes and scented candles under the heading Historical Perfumes on our website.
* The perfume mixtures made during this workshop are designed to learn the implementation of the components and the perfumery techniques. Our training is not intended to provide cosmetic or perfume products for subsequent personal use, since any cosmetic product must follow a whole procedure of placing on the market (European regulation of 2009).

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel workshops for lack of participants no later than 7 days before the start of the workshop. In this case all the sums paid will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the following terms apply:
More than 1.5 months before the first day of the internship, full refund.
Less than 1.5 months and 21 days before the first day of the internship, you will be refunded the sums paid, minus a commission of 30% for management fees.
Less than 21 days before the first day of the course we will not accept any refund. However, you may postpone your registration to a later session in the year.
In all cases the cost of accommodation and transport remains the responsibility of the participant and can not be the subject of a refund request.
