Avocado Face Cream

Description

This rich, creamy Avocado face cream is specially designed to deeply moisturize and soothe even the driest skin. It can also be used as a soothing after-sun cream. Enriched with natural active ingredients, this cream offers anti-inflammatory action thanks to Roman chamomile hydrolate and optimal hydration thanks to hyaluronic acid. Avocado oil and Kokum butter contribute to skin regeneration and softness.

Ingredients for 100 g of cream

Phase 1

• 46.6 g mineral water
• 10 g organic Roman chamomile hydrolate

Phase 2

• 0.15 g Xanthan Gum

Phase 3

• 6 g Xyliance Emulsifier
• 5 g organic Hemp Oil
• 13 g Coco Silicone
• 6 g Organic Avocado Oil
• 5 g Kokum Butter

Phase 4

• 5 g Mineral water
• 3 g Vegetable Glycerin
• 0.03 g Hyaluronic Acid

Phase 5

• 32 drops Geogard
• 8 drops Vitamin E
• 10 drops chamomile essential oil (organic)

Preparation

1. Phase 1: In a beaker, weigh out the mineral water and Roman chamomile hydrosol, then mix with a spatula.
   
   
2. Phase 2: In a bowl, weigh out the xanthan gum and add to phase 1, stirring with a mixer. Stir until a smooth gel forms.
   
   
3. Phase 3: In a second beaker, weigh and mix the ingredients for phase 3 (emulsifier, hemp oil, coconut silicone, avocado oil and Kokum butter).
   
   
4. Phase 4: In a small dish, mix hyaluronic acid and glycerine, then gently add water until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
   
   
5. Heating: Heat both beakers (phase 1+2 and phase 3) in a bain-marie. When the mixtures reach 70°C, slowly pour the oily phase (phase 3) into the aqueous phase (phase 1+2) while stirring to form an emulsion. Stir for at least 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and whitens.
   
   
6. Cooling: Pour the mixture into a glass or stainless steel bowl and continue mixing with a hand whisk until cool. To accelerate cooling, place the bowl in a bain-marie of cold water with ice cubes.
   
   
7. Incorporation: Once the emulsion has reached room temperature, add the mixture from phase 4 and continue mixing well. Then add phase 5 ingredients one by one, mixing between each addition. Check the pH (it should be between 5.5 and 7), then package your cream in a jar.

Appearance

• Texture: Greenish cream
• Odor: Mild, chamomile-scented

Directions for use

Apply daily to well-cleansed face and neck, massaging gently to promote penetration of active ingredients.

Storage

Store for 1 month in a dry, dark place. Close the jar tightly after each use and use a spatula to remove the cream. If you notice any change in appearance or smell, discontinue use.
