Hair Mask - Normal Hair - Pine & Orange

Description:
This hair mask is ideal for strengthening your hair while combating daily aggressions. Thanks to sweet almond oil and shea butter, your hair is nourished and regains suppleness and vitality. Essential oils of sweet orange and Scots pine moisturize your hair, leaving it soft and shiny, all wrapped up in a sweet, woody fragrance.

Ingredients for 100 g of hair mask:

Phase 1:

• 70 g mineral water
• 2 g vegetable glycerin

Phase 2:

• 10 g BTMS emulsifier
• 5 g organic shea butter
• 3 g soy wax (non-GMO)
• 3 g organic sweet almond oil

Phase 3:

• 5 g vegetable mousse
• 8 drops vitamin E
• 26 drops organic sweet orange essential oil
• 12 drops organic Scots pine essential oil
• 32 drops Geogard

Phase 4:

• 0.1 g citric acid

Preparation:

1. Phase 1:
   Weigh the mineral water and vegetable glycerin in a beaker. Mix well with a spatula.

2. Phase 2:
   In another beaker, weigh out the BTMS emulsifier, shea butter, soy wax and sweet almond oil.

3. Heating:
   Heat the two beakers separately in a bain-marie until they reach around 75°C.

4. Emulsion:
   When both phases have reached the same temperature, remove them from the water bath. Slowly pour Phase 1 (water and glycerine) into Phase 2 (oils and butter), while mixing with an emulsifying mixer.

5. Stirring:
   Continue mixing for around 2 minutes. The mixture will turn white and begin to gain viscosity.

6. Cooling:
   Transfer the mixture to a stainless steel bowl and continue whisking by hand. Then place the bowl in a cold bain-marie to cool the mixture and help it reach its final consistency.

7. Phase 3:
   Once the mixture has cooled, add the Phase 3 ingredients (vegetable mousse, essential oils, vitamin E and preservatives) one by one, mixing well after each addition.

8. Phase 4:
   Check the pH of your preparation using pH strips. It should be between 5 and 7. If the pH is higher than 7, add a small amount of citric acid to adjust it.

9. Packaging:
   Once the pH has been adjusted, pour the mask into a sterile, airtight jar.

Final product appearance:

• Texture: White, fluid cream
• Fragrance: Fresh, with sweet orange and woody pine notes

Directions for use:

Scoop out a dab of mask with a spatula and apply to damp hair after shampooing. Leave on for around 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Storage :

Shelf life: 1 month.
If you notice any changes in smell or appearance, discontinue use.
