Roman chamomile essential oil (organic) : Uses in aromatherapy
- Roman chamomile essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Lavender essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Rosemary verbenone essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Sage essential oil (organic) (5 ml) . In a 30-ml drop dispensing bottle (amber glass), pour each of these essential oils. Soak a sterile compress with 2 to 3 drops of this mixture. Apply to affected areas morning and evening.
Acne
: - Roman chamomile essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Sweet Marjoram essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Neroli essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Ylang Ylang complete essential oil (organic) (1.5 ml) . Apply 2 to 3 drops of this mixture 3 to 4 times a day on the solar plexus and the inside of the wrists.
Anxiety
: - Roman chamomile essential oil (organic) (5 drops) + Rosewood essential oil (organic) (20 drops) + Ylang Ylang complete essential oil (organic) (15 drops) + Myrrh essential oil (5 drops) + Frankincense essential oil (organic) (5 drops) . Pour the essential oils in your diffuser and diffuse for 5 minutes every hour.
Anxiety

Asthma

Baby teething pain

Mix vegetable oils and essential oils and apply to the buttocks after each diaper change.
Diaper rash
