Order processing and delivery
Order preparation
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of full validation (Monday to Friday), or the next day at the latest if the order was placed on a public holiday. The customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone if difficulties arise in the preparation of the order.
All orders are sent in recycled or recyclable packaging with biodegradable packing flakes.
Delivery methods, times and costs
Delivery is made by post, according to the weight, quantity and size of the products ordered. The cost of delivery is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and item size. They are automatically displayed on our site before the order is validated.
To avoid loss, theft or damage to small packages, customers must have a mailbox that meets the required standards.

HUILES & SENS offers different delivery methods in France:
- Colissimo Domicile without signature: from €6.72 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Colissimo Domicile with signature: from €7.77 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Colissimo Point de retrait: from €5.11 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Click & Collect: Pick-up in Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols 84330 (Vaucluse) FREE.
FREE delivery on orders over €39 in mainland France.

FREE delivery for orders over €60 to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy (San Marino, Vatican, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, San Marino), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding islands), Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Delivery of orders paid by cheque or bank transfer
Orders paid for by cheque will only be dispatched once the cheque has been received and cashed. Cheques are cashed immediately upon receipt. Any incident concerning the cashing of the cheque will delay dispatch of the order.
Orders paid for by bank transfer are dispatched as soon as the transfer is received on the bank account communicated to the customer. The customer undertakes to make payment within a reasonable time. If payment is not received within 10 days of validation of the online order, the order will be cancelled.
