ORDER

Orders can be placed on our online site in the following stages:

PAYMENT TERMS

No order will be processed without a valid means of payment. The contract between HUILES & SENS and the customer is formed when the latter confirms the order.

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

The prices on our website https://www.huiles-et-sens.com/en/ are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, and therefore include the current French tax T.V.A.. Any change in the rate of T.V.A. may be immediately reflected in our prices. We advise you to keep your invoice, as it will be useful in the event of an exchange or refund.

If one or more taxes are introduced or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be passed on to the selling price of items in our catalogs and sales documents. ALGOVITAL reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, prices can only be modified once the order has been placed by the customer. These prices do not include a flat-rate contribution to order processing costs (according to the amount in force).

Loyalty point discounts are not cumulative with current promotional offers, nor with commercial offers requiring a promotional code.

Discounts on total purchase amount do not include shipping costs.

DELIVERY

In-store collection

Pick-up in store is a free service offered by ALGOVITAL. Once the order has been validated, the customer is given the option of "in-store collection", meaning that a minimum of 3 hours is required for staff to prepare the order for collection. Once the order has been paid for, the customer cannot change the delivery method directly on the https://www.huiles-et-sens.com/en/. website. It is, however, possible to contact customer service. Collection only available from our sales outlet at 156, La venue de Mazan 84330 St Pierre de Vassols (Boutique Cosmétic Provence / Algovital).

Shipping

For destinations not listed on our website, please contact our customer service department at contact@huiles-et-sens.com. For each order, a flat-rate contribution is requested towards the cost of processing the order (postage, packaging, preparation of the parcel, etc.), which is communicated when the order is placed.

Packages are sent by La Poste by Colissimo Domicile or Colissimo Point de Retrait, depending on the customer's choice. Once the customer has validated their choice of delivery, they will no longer be able to modify their choice. Transaction emails will be sent throughout the order preparation process to inform the customer of the various stages involved.

By choosing the Colissimo Point de Retrait service, the customer must collect the delivery within 10 working days once the parcel has been received by the retailer. SARL ALGOVITAL will not be held responsible if the parcel is not collected, and will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost by the carrier.

  • Colissimo Point de retrait: from €5.11 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
  • Click & Collect: FREE store pickup in Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols 84330 (Vaucluse).

FREE delivery on orders over €39 in mainland France.

    Returns

    Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the condition of the products delivered. In the event of delivery to the customer of a non-conforming or defective product, the purchaser must inform ALGOVITAL and may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the parcel.

    EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE / WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

    Any unused item may be exchanged or reimbursed in the form of a credit note within 14 days (postage costs to be borne by the customer) and returned to : HUILES & SENS 156, La venue de Mazan 84330 St Pierre de Vassols, FRANCE (Boutique Cosmétic Provence / Algovital).

    In order to provide an appropriate service, it is essential to indicate the reason for the return to the email address contact@huiles-et-sens.com..     LIABILITY

    ALGOVITAL has an obligation of result for all stages of the order process and for all stages subsequent to the conclusion of the contract. Thus ALGOVITAL undertakes to describe the products sold on its website as accurately as possible https://www.huiles-et-sens.com/en/.

    However, ALGOVITAL may not be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.
