Candelilla Wax is a 100% pure, natural wax extracted from the leaves of the Euphorbia cerifera shrub, which grows in the desert areas of South America. Highly prized in cosmetics, it stands out for its ability to bring durability and stability to formulations. Used in numerous products, it helps create smooth, uniform textures, while offering excellent solidifying and film-forming properties. It is ideal in the composition of balms, creams, lipsticks and other skincare products, providing both suppleness and resistance while respecting the skin.

Cosmetic properties / actions

- Emulsion stabilizer : Helps stabilize emulsions in cosmetic formulations.
Use
Dosage: 1-10%, add to oil phases and heat (approx. 70°C).

Storage
Store Candelilla wax away from light, at room temperature, in a cool (<30°C), dry place. Use within 12 months of opening.
