Applications

Inulin is used in a wide range of cosmetic and hair care products:

Use & Application

Dosage: 1-80

  • Moisturizers and foaming products: 1-2
  • Hair care products: 4-10
  • Facial and body scrubs: 10% waxes
  • Depilatory wax: 70-80

Inulin should be sprinkled into the aqueous phase at room temperature, while stirring with an emulsifying mixer to ensure solubilization.

Storage

Inulin is a hygroscopic ingredient, so it is important to store it away from light, in a cool, dry place. After each use, it is essential to reseal the jar to avoid contact with air and moisture, which could cause the product to clump.
