- thyme thymol essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Basil exotic essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + (1 ml) + Sage essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Peppermint essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + Clove Bud essential oil (organic) (1 ml) + (1 bag) . Mix the essential oils in a 10 ml bottle. Pour a drop of synergy on a tablet and swallow (one in the morning one in the evening). Duration: 3 to 4 weeks.
General tiredness
: - thyme thymol essential oil (organic) (1 drop) + Peppermint essential oil (organic) (1 drop) + Sweet almond oil (organic) (6 drops) + Pine needle essential oil (organic) (1 drop) . Pour 3 drops in a herbal tea. You can change the taste by adding lemon juice or honey.

: - thyme thymol essential oil (organic) (1 drop) + (20 ml) + (20 ml) . Mix hydrosols and the essential oil in a bottle. Shake well. Pour a few drops on a clean towel or sterile gauze and apply on the area to be treated.
