Which model of diffuser should I use?
Diffusion into the atmosphere can be achieved in two ways: by heat (a small amount of essential oil in a bowl of water placed on a radiator or candle) or by micro-diffusion using an electric diffuser. The latter technique is by far the best, as it does not heat the essential oils, which retain 100% of their virtues. As far as possible, avoid using a perfume burner, which heats essential oils and destroys all their precious properties.
Broadcast duration
The duration of the broadcast and the rate adopted depend on the size of the room and the number of people present. However, you can expect 2 to 3 minutes of broadcasting per hour and per person.
It's a good idea to plug the diffuser into a programmable socket to get the most out of it.
Tips for creating a personalized interior ambience:
- 5 to 10 min per hour, or 30 min in the early morning, 30 min in the late afternoon.
- In bedrooms, to deodorize the room or promote sleep and relaxation: 5-10 min on rising and 5-10 min before bedtime.
- In a patient's room, to reduce fever, fatigue and tension, and to eliminate germs. 5 to 10 min. per hour.
