After-sun care restores skin damaged by these "aggressions" and keeps it healthy.
Vegetable oils, aloe vera gel and essential oils are precious allies in regenerating your skin, providing it with the necessary nutrients and "repairing" active ingredients. Apply protective oils such as Karanja or Jojoba during the day. These two oils naturally contain the following componentsanti-UVA/UVB agents. If you like exotic or gourmand fragrances, opt for Monoi or Coconut oils, which are very fluid and also excellent for nourishing your hair. You can also combine 2 or 3 of the above oils by mixing them in equal parts.
For the evening, generously apply regenerating and repairing oils according to your skin type:
- Dry skin :Pomegranate seed oil
- Mature skin :Rosehip oil
- Oily skin : hazelnut oil
- Normal skin :Rose Hip oil
Plant oils immediately restore your skin's softness and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. They immediately soothe redness, repair and nourish the skin. Aloe vera gel completes your skincare routine by providing essential hydration. Essential oils can be added for their soothing and regenerating properties. Oils for soft, supple skin
In the evening, after showering and while the skin is still slightly damp, treat your skin to nourishing and repairing oils such as :
- Argan oil :Rich in vitamin E, nourishing, regenerating.
Restores skin's elasticity and suppleness. - Hemp oil : Anti-inflammatory, rich in omega-3 and 6, moisturizing. Soothes irritation and improves hydration.
- Borage oil : Rich in essential fatty acids, regenerating, anti-aging. Helps maintain skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles
signs of aging. - Jojoba oil : Sebum-regulating, moisturizing, non-comedogenic. Moisturizes without clogging pores, perfect for all skin types.
- Olive oil : Antioxidant, rich in vitamin E and polyphenols.
Deeply nourishes and protects against external aggressions. - Wheat germ oil : Rich in vitamin E, repairing, antioxidant. Ideal for dry, damaged skin.
- Pomegranate seed oil :Anti-inflammatory, rich in antioxidants. Helps regenerate skin cells and fight skin aging
the signs of aging. - Plum oil : Rich in essential fatty acids, moisturizing, softening. Leaves skin soft and supple, with a light almond fragrance.
- Nigella oil : Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, rich in fatty acids. Soothing for sensitive and problem skin.
- St John's Wort macerate(only in the evening): Anti-inflammatory, healing. Calms irritation and inflammation, perfect after a day in the sun.
If you prefer more fluid textures, opt for the following oils or macerates:
- Monoï oil : Moisturizing, softening, soothing. Leaves skin soft and fragrant, ideal for after-sun care.
- Coconut Oil : Moisturizing, nourishing, antibacterial. Penetrates the skin easily, leaving it soft and supple without feeling greasy.
- Babassu oil(neutral fragrance): Moisturizing, emollient, non-greasy. Light and fluid, ideal for sensitive skin and daily care.
- Camellia oil (green tea) : Antioxidant, moisturizing, regenerating. Rapidly absorbed, leaving skin soft and protected against free radicals.
- Aloe vera macerate :Soothing, moisturizing, healing. Ideal for soothing and moisturizing skin after sun exposure or in case of irritation.
- Calendula macerate : Anti-inflammatory, healing, soothing. Calms irritation and inflammation, perfect for sensitive skin.
- Chamomile matricaria macerate : Anti-inflammatory, soothing, healing. Soothes irritated, sensitive skin and aids healing.
- Carrot macerate : Regenerating, antioxidant, prepares skin for tanning. Gives a luminous complexion and prepares skin for tanning.
- Comfrey Macerate : Repairing, healing, anti-inflammatory. Helps repair damaged and irritated skin.
- Lavender macerate : Soothing, healing, antiseptic. Soothes irritation and helps heal small wounds.
Anti-oxidant active ingredients
CO2-extracted oils are also enriched with Rosemary CO2 extract, a powerful antioxidant.
You can also add vegetable squalane from olive oil to enrich your oil synergy, or vitamin E from sunflower oil, whose reputation in anti-aging skin care is well established. Both of these active ingredients are oily and blend easily with an oil.
After a sunburn, apply a coat avocadin alternating with aloe vera gel.
Essential oils to complement your vegetable oils
Essential oils can complement your vegetable oils with their soothing and regenerating benefits. Highly concentrated in active ingredients, only a few drops are needed. Count 1 to 5 drops for 50 ml of vegetable oil. Below is a non-exhaustive list of essential oils rich in active ingredients that can help reduce redness and irritation:
- Tea tree essential oil:Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, healing. Effective for treating irritations and preventing skin infections.
- Chamomile matricaria essential oil or tansy essential oil:Anti-inflammatory, soothing, anti-allergic. Ideal for soothing sensitive skin and reducing redness.
- Ciste ladanifère essential oil:Healing, astringent, hemostatic. Useful for small wounds and persistent redness.
- Frankincense essential oil: Soothing and regenerating, for sensitive or mature skin.
- Geranium essential oil:Astringent, healing, anti-inflammatory. Helps balance sebum production and reduce redness.
- Helichrysum essential oil:Anti-hematoma, healing, anti-inflammatory. Reduces redness and promotes healing of small wounds.
- Lavender aspic essential oil:Soothing, healing, anti-inflammatory. Calms irritation and redness, promotes healing of small wounds.
- Palmarosa essential oil: Antibacterial, healing, moisturizing. Helps regenerate skin and soothe irritation.

Aloe vera, the essential moisturizer !
By promoting collagen and elastin synthesis, Aloe Vera Gel facilitates the skin's repair process (healing, burns). It moisturizes the skin, providing a pleasant sensation of freshness.
Mixing equal parts oil and Aloe Vera gel produces a refreshing lotion. Above all, Aloe Vera Gel has the extraordinary property of increasing the penetration of fatty acids into skin tissue.
You can also apply the aloe vera gel first, then add your oil.

Crocodile skin, what can you do about it ?
For the care of dry and rough areas, opt for the
shea butter or Avocadin, a rich plant-based complex
with phytosterols (25%), squalane and vitamins to regenerate the skin

Easy cosmetic recipes
For the body
Refreshing skin care oil:
- 100 ml Jojoba vegetable oil
- 6 drops Lavender aspic essential oil
- 3 drops peppermint essential oil
Mix all ingredients in an opaque bottle. Shake well. Apply to damp skin in the evening after a shower.
Soothing evening care oil:
- 10 ml St. John's wort macerate
- 10 ml rose hip vegetable oil
- 10 ml evening primrose or borage oil
- 3 drops Lavender aspic essential oil
- 3 drops chamomile essential oil
- 1 drop Helichrysum essential oil
Mix all ingredients in an opaque bottle. Shake well. Leave to stand for a few days. Shake before each use. Apply in the evening to affected areas 3-4 times a day for 2-3 days. Wait at least 8 hours before re-exposing yourself to the sun, as St. John's Wort oil is photosensitizing.
Forthe face
Try Rosehip (our CO2 extract also contains Rosemary extract, a powerful antioxidant), Rosehip or Jojoba oils.
Regenerating after-sun oil for the face:
- 30 ml Argan oil
- 30 ml Jojoba oil
- Ml Carrot macerate
- 15 ml Rosehip oil
- Optional: 2 drops of Lavender aspic essential oil.
Mix all ingredients. Use in the evening, mixing equally with Aloe Vera gel, massaging gently into the skin.
Anti-aging serum for dry and/or mature skin :
In a bottle, mix40 ml g squalane + 5 ml pomegranate or amaranth seed oil + 2 drops essential oil of Geranium, Frankincense or Patchouli
Shake well. Apply preferably in the evening, massaging gently into cleansed, slightly damp skin.
For thehe Hair
Hair also requires special attention:
Wear a hat or bandana to protect against UV rays. After exposure to the sun, apply a little Monoi, Coconut or Jojoba oil to the lengths and ends. This prevents hair from drying out, while nourishing and protecting it. These oils add shine and softness to hair without weighing it down.
Regenerating and nourishing oil bath for dry, damaged hair:
Mix 1/3 Shea butter + 1/3 Nigella oil + 1/3 Castor oil
Melt the shea butter in a bain-marie. Add vegetable oils. Mix well.
You can enrich the mixture with a few drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil, to be added at the end of the preparation.
Massage the fluid mixture into the ends of your hair. Wrap hair with plastic wrap and a warm towel.Leave on for several hours or overnight before shampooing.

The higher the altitude, the more intense the concentration of UV rays: +4% every 300 meters.

Preserve your sun capital and that of your family by following the instructions below:
- Sunburn is a health hazard, especially for children.

- Overexposure to the sun is a serious threat to health, even on dark or tanned skin.
- The use of a sun protection product should not encourage prolonged exposure to the sun.
- Avoid exposure to the sun during peak sunlight hours, between 12pm and 4pm, otherwise wear protective clothing in addition to a sun protection product.
- Choose a sun protection factor adapted to your skin's phototype, sun exposure and exposure conditions.
- Before exposure to the sun, apply sun protection (cream, stick, balm, etc.) generously and evenly to the skin, covering the exposed surface.
- Reducing the amount applied significantly reduces the level of protection.
- Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off.
- Beware of terms such as "total screen", which should not appear on sunscreen packaging, as no sunscreen product can guarantee complete protection against all UV rays.
- Protect yourself even in overcast conditions, as UV rays are not blocked by light or thin cloud cover.
