how to care for your beard using natural methods? Which essential oils should I use to nourish, sculpt, soften, wash or grow my beard?

How to care for your beard?

Stimulate growth

Your beard is not very full?

Stimulate its growth with a rubbing method based on vegetable or essential oils. Simply apply a few drops of the chosen oil to the beard, twice a day, for one month, without shaving. The most effective oils for growth are as follows:

  • Ricin vegetable oil
  • Atlas Cedar essential oil

Wash

Once the beard has grown, you need to maintain a certain level of hygiene to keep it looking its best. To achieve this, shampoo your beard regularly, as you would your hair. Use a very mild shampoo on damp beards, then rinse with lukewarm water. You can also use a cream cleanser and a neutral cleansing base.

Moisturize

If your beard is beautiful and abundant, the skin must also be moisturized. The better it looks, the better your beard will look too. The essential products for daily skin hydration are hyaluronic acid and Aloe Vera gel, to be applied every morning and/or evening.

Which essential oils to use to improve the appearance of your beard?

An abundant, clean beard is not enough to make it beautiful, silky and pleasant to the touch. If you don't want to scare off your conquests, and you want to feel good about yourself, you need to use plant and essential oils to make your fleece soft and shiny. Whether you want it to last longer, shine brighter or feel softer, looking after your beard is just as important as looking after your hair or body.

Nourish

As we all know, beards are made up of hairs that are often hard and rough. So it's all the more important to nourish these hairs to make them soft and supple, especially when you're sporting an imposing or full beard. Applying a non-greasy nourishing balm to your clean, dry beard is an effective way to moisturize it. As you comb it, each hair will be covered with a balm formulated with 2 teaspoons of deodorized shea butter, 4 drops of Bisabolol and 4 drops of raspberry or amaranth CO2 extract. Jojoba and Argan vegetable oils are also particularly recommended for nourishing your beard.

Sculpt

A beard can be a real sculpture. A long beard needs a shape that is not only pleasing to the eye, but also to the skin. Whether it's a three-day beard, long or short, beards can be trimmed, pruned or shorn, but with care. To shave the areas that need it, first moisten your face, then apply a shaving gel made from 1 tablespoon of Aloe vera gel, a pinch of Allantoin, 4 drops of organic Propolis and 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil. Tea tree essential oil can also be used with evening primrose vegetable oil.

To sculpt your beard, use a self-designed wax made from 1 teaspoon soy wax (melted), a pinch of hydranol and 2 drops of Chia CO2 extract.

With these tips and products, take care of and enhance your beard in the most natural way possible.
