Essential oils in cooking are part of a healthy lifestyle, where eating well and well-being go hand in hand. They do not replace herbs or spices, but complement them by adding other aromas. Essential oils are by nature highly concentrated, so always dilute them in a carrier (oil, liquid cream, honey) before adding them to your preparation. To avoid quenching the oils by heating them, add them at the end of the preparation. Just one drop is needed for a 4-person dish (4 to 6 drops for a hot dish).
