Directions for use:

For hands and nails:

Take a dab of shea butter, place between palms and rub until it turns to oil. If the butter is granular, the granules will melt on contact with the skin. It must be perfectly liquid for a good application. You can also melt it for a few moments in a bain-marie.

For hair :

The day before shampooing, coat hair, especially ends, with a large knob of butter. Wrap hair in a warm towel and leave on, ideally overnight.

For skin care:

Apply a small amount of butter to clean skin and massage it in. Remove any excess with a tissue.

As a massage balm:

Apply to skin and massage thoroughly.

For aromatherapy treatments:

Melt the butter in a bain-marie (it melts at around 30°C), add the recommended essential oils, mix well, and leave to cool before use.
