Directions for use

Directions for use

• Shake bottle before use.
• At the first sign of a cold, apply to the underside of the wrists and breathe.
• You can also use the metal ball for a foot massage.
• Reapply no more than 2-3 times a day.

• Do a skin test on a small area before first application.
• Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
• Do not use on children under 7, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
