Properties
Xanthan gum has a number of interesting properties for cosmetic formulations:

The gum can be incorporated into the aqueous phase at room temperature or when warm. Sprinkle over water while stirring with a mixer or emulsifier (mobile deflocculator) until lumps or particles are completely dispersed.

Storage
