Use

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride is used in the manufacture of various home cosmetics, including:

  • Dry oils, massage oils, serums
  • Fluid emulsions (cleansing milks, body milks)
  • Light creams for summer or hot climates, after-sun care products
  • Cosmetics such as foundations, lipsticks and eyeshadows
  • Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, treatment oils, smoothing serums)

It can be incorporated into the oil phase of emulsions and is used as a neutral base for plant extracts.
